1. install CG and GLEW for MAC from previous page
2. g++ -framework GLUT -framework OpenGL -framework Cg -Wall
-L"/System/Library/Frameworks/OpenGL.framework/Libraries"
-L"/Library/Frameworks/Cg.framework/Versions/1.0/" demo.cpp
worked for demo 1-runtime_obl_vertex_fragment
