Our Mission
To create an organization where bright students hailing from a wide range of backgrounds, but joined by a genuine interest in technology related entrepreneurship ventures, can come together to network, brainstorm, and/or learn about the entrepreneurial process.
Activities
Internally, TEC maintains an online team-maker to encourage Engineering and Wharton students to collaborate on the Wharton Business Plan Competition. Externally, TEC brings companies and students together by inviting speakers from all aspects of entrepreneurship to speak to the Penn community while taking students on private tours of startups, incubators, VC firms, etc.
History
Founded in the Fall of 2000 by Penn students, the Technology Entrepreneurship Club is open to the entire Penn community. Our original text-based site is still accessible.
