Penn Engineering Alumni Society

Greetings Fellow Quakers,

Welcome to the website of the Alumni Society of Penn's School of Engineering and Applied Science.  From here you can view a calendar of alumni activities, network and reconnect with fellow SEAS alumni, and give back to the Engineering School.

As a student or as an alumnus, you are automatically a member of the Alumni Society.  There are no membership fees or fees to participate in most of the programs we organize throughout the year. It is one of the wonderful benefits you receive for being a student or graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

The Alumni Society is managed by a dynamic Board of Directors, and includes graduates from the Class of 1951 right up through the Class of 2008.  The Board meets every month to organize and develop a series of activities that are of interest to alumni and students alike. We welcome and encourage you to join us at all of our events.

The Board also works closely with the Dean and the Development Office to further the strategic objectives of the Engineering School and the greater University.  In the process, we strive to support SEAS, its students and its graduates.

The Board is currently comprised of a President, 3 Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, 12 Directors, and 8 active past Presidents. Also attending our monthly meetings are numerous Associate Directors, the Dean, representatives of the SEAS Development and Alumni Relations Office and the Career Services Engineering School representative. If you are interested in serving as a member of the Board, please contact Janice Rafferty at SEAS:

If you have any suggestions for improving the Alumni Society or its events, I welcome your input. See you at Penn Engineering!
