Penn Engineering Architecture

Penn Engineering is part of the University of Pennsylvania - the school Ben Franklin founded in Philadelphia over 250 years ago. Some of the buildings are almost as old as the University, but Penn Engineering is an ever growing and changing school and so is the architecture that houses it. Hayden Hall, built over a hundred years ago, evokes the spirit of our Ivy League school with its classical red brick facade. We are a compact campus with easy access to Penn's other renowned schools like the School of Medicine and Wharton. Today, Penn has one of the most beautiful urban campuses in the nation-a campus environment that encourages interdisciplinary study.
