Penn GEMS Confirmation Information
Congratulations on being accepted into the PennGEMS program! We are excited about our program and can't wait to see you in August. In order to confirm your spot, you must download and complete ALL of the paperwork below. Please have your parent or guardian fill out the forms and mail them back to us NO LATER than Monday, May 20th, 2013 with your $625 payment. Payment can be made either by check (preferred method) or by using the credit card form included in the packet. Checks should be made payable to the" Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania."
The response to PennGEMS has been overwhelming and unfortunately we have not been able to accept all who expressed interest and are maintaining a waitlist. Therefore it is important that you keep in touch and let us know if you are going to have any trouble meeting the May 20tht deadline. Please keep in mind, Penn mail generally takes 2 extra days for campus processing in order to reach our office.
