Poster Information:

• Poster display region will be 4 feet wide x 8 feet high.
   
• Presenters do not need to use all of the display area.
   
• Presenters can use individual boards, arranged across the display area, to describe their study rationale, design, methods, results, and discussion. As an alternative, the presenters can use a computer (PowerPoint, Illustrator, etc.) to generate a single file that can be printed as a single poster. The decision is up to the presenters.
   
• Titles and authors should be listed above the panels, or at the top of the printed poster. Titles should be legible when standing ~ 8' back from the poster. If you choose to print out the title and author list on sheets of 8.5x11 paper and pin them together, make sure you have everything you need before leaving for the meeting.
   
• BMES will not provide pushpins to put up your poster material - make sure you bring them along to the meeting.
