PART I. Enter Dates

Please enter the begin / end date of the two week time frame you and

your advisee have chosen to work on the Qualifying Exam:

PART III. Select Relevant Research Areas

The Qualifying Exam Committee will be selected from the Bioengineering Graduate Group Faculty

based on your rankings of up to three of the research areas listed below. Please rank your selections with

the numbers 1-3, 1 being the most relevant to the topic and so on:
