Joint V.M.D./Ph.D. Program 
A joint program with the Veterinary
School is available, similar to the Bioengineering M.D./Ph.D.
program. Students applying to the program must obtain admission
to both the graduate program in Bioengineering and to the School
of Veterinary Medicine.
The course of study and research for V.M.D./Ph.D. Bioengineers
generally takes a minimum of 6 1/2 - 7 years. Students in the program
will satisfy the degree requirements for both degrees.
