How can I get a SEAS account?
CETS Account Requests
- Accounts on eniac.seas.upenn.edu are available to all Penn Engineering faculty, staff, and students. Accounts are created by coming to the CETS office, 164 Levine during our office hours (your PennCard is required). Accounts can also be created via the web at https://www.seas.upenn.edu/accounts (requires a PennKey).
- Non-Engineering students registered for current Engineering courses
can also get their accounts at the CETS office or via the web.
Alumni Account Requests
All account requests for Penn Alumni are handled by the University of Pennsylvania Online Community for Penn Alumni.
Obtaining & Changing CETS/SEAS Passwords
- Obtaining a new password
When creating your CETS account at the CETS Office or via the web (see above), you will be prompted to choose a new password. - Changing your password
If you have forgotten your password, please visit the CETS Office, 164 Levine during our regular office hours. You will need your PennKey.
If you remember your password and you want to change it, change it via the web at http://www.seas.upenn.edu/accounts

Requesting a PennKey. If you don't already have a PennKey, visit the University of Pennsylvania PennKey Services page.
Resetting a Forgotten PennKey Password. If you forgot your PennKey password, see the University of Pennsylvania PennKey Services page.
Changing a Known PennKey Password. To change a known password, you can do it directly at: http://www.upenn.edu/computing/pennkey/setreset/#change
