Obtaining a new password

When creating your CETS account at the CETS Office or via the web (see above), you will be prompted to choose a new password.

Changing your password

If you have forgotten your password, please visit the CETS Office, 164 Levine during our regular office hours. You will need your PennKey. If you remember your password and you want to change it, change it via the web at http://www.seas.upenn.edu/accounts For helpful password suggestions, please see our password suggestions page.

Obtaining & Changing Non CETS/SEAS Passwords (including PennKey)
