Why can't I connect to AirPennNet with my iPhone after upgrading to iOS4?

Most iOS 4.0.x units are unable to connect to AirPennNet. Upgrade to iOS 4.1 or higher to solve the problem. You may need to reinstall your root certificate (see step 1 on the Connecting the iPhone to AirPennNet article).
