2013 Graduation Ceremony Information

Accessibility Information - Seating for Guests with Disabilities

Seating for guests who use wheelchairs and those with limited physical mobility or medical conditions will be available for all Penn Engineering ceremonies. Seating is unlimited for the School of Engineering Undergraduate Ceremony on May 13th at 2:30PM and for the Ph.D. and Master’s Degree ceremonies on May 11th at 2:30PM.

Seating for guests with disabilities at the main University Commencement ceremony on the morning of May 13th is restricted. Arrangements for this type of seating may be made beginning April 1st between the hours of 12 noon - 5 p.m. by calling (215) 898-7369 (voice) or 215-898-7803 (TDD). There is no guarantee that an accommodation can be made if the request is received after May 3rd.
