2013 Graduation Ceremony Information

Faculty members who are participating in the 2013 Penn Engineering Graduation Ceremonies are requested to contact Kathleen Elsmore at kelsmore@seas.upenn.edu or call 215-898-7244 to order complimentary academic garb and to indicate attendance plans for the Graduation Ceremonies. Garb will be delivered to department offices several days before Commencement. Garb ordered after March 20th may not be available.

Adjuncts, lecturers and faculty advisors from other schools who wish to participate should contact Kathleen Elsmore at kelsmore@seas.upenn.edu or call 215-898-7244

All SEAS faculty are invited to participate in the University's main Commencement ceremony on Monday, May 13, 2013. If you would like to partake in the ceremony, please register on the Faculty/Administration Registration website by Friday, April 19th. If you have trouble accessing this web page, please call (215) 898-7369. Detailed information will be emailed to those participating in the ceremony.
