Information in the case of inclement
weather
Undergraduate Ceremony
- An information tent will be located by the grassy knoll near
the West Entrance to the Towne Building.
- A buffet lunch for all graduates and their guests will be served
immediately following the University's Commencement Ceremony until
1:45 p.m. on the grounds near the Towne Building.
- Seating for the Penn Engineering Ceremony will begin at 2:00
p.m. at the southeast entrance to Franklin Field (corner of South
Street and Convention Avenue).
- No tickets are required for the ceremony, and there is no limit
to the number of guests per student.
Masters Ceremony
- Please use the 37th Street entrance to the Annenberg Center.
- Students are limited to five guests and are required to reserve
tickets in advance.
- Seating for the ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m.
- Immediately following the ceremony there will be a reception
for graduates and their guests in the Annenberg Plaza outside
of the Annenberg Center.
Ph.D. Ceremony
- Please use the 37th Street entrance to the Annenberg Center.
- Seating will begin at 12:00 p.m.
- All guests are welcome, no tickets are required.
- Immediately following the ceremony there will be a reception
for graduates and their guests in the Annenberg Plaza outside
of the Annenberg Center.
