Towne Roof Replacement, Phase 1

Phase 1 of the Towne roof replacement is now complete.  This phase included replacing portions of the north and west wing 100-year old slate in kind.  Because of the immense size and cost of replacing the entire Towne roof, the project is being phased over several years, with Phase 2 to begin in 2008. With proper care, hopefully this roof will last beyond the year 2100!
