RESEARCH AREAS - Biotechnology
The Master of Biotechnology degree is offered jointly by the School of Arts and Sciences and the School of Engineering and Applied Science. This interdisciplinary program prepares both full- and part-time students for productive and creative careers in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Students can specialize in Basic Biotechnology, Engineering Biotechnology, or Computational Biology/Bioinformatics. These tracks, in combination with core courses, insure the students get a uniquely broad exposure to the entire field of biotechnology.
