Program Dates

Move-in:

2-4pm on Sunday, July 7, 2013*

*Students arriving by car should plan to arrive between 2 and 4 pm. Should students need to who arrive by air or rail before this time, they should contact the program office at 215-898-0053. SAAST staff will be available for airport pickup for all students who arrive outside the designated move-in time.

Move-out:

All students must be moved out of the Quad by 11 am, Saturday, July 27, 2013**

** Students who have afternoon flights or are departing by rail will be escorted to the Philadelphia airport or 30th Street train station by 11 am on 7/27.

Program Fees

A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is due 2 weeks from date of acceptance to hold your placement in the program. The remaining balance is due in full on Wednesday, June 3, 2013.

Enrollment Forms

Your enrollment forms (see Forms) are due by Monday, June 3, 2013.
