Resources for Women
At Penn Engineering, women now make up over 35% of entering freshman classes, and two of our departments are chaired by women. Change is happening, but it is important for women to grasp opportunities for mentorship and camaraderie whenever possible, since not all workplaces have the favorable ratios for women that are found here at Penn. This page has been developed as a one-stop location to access information and resources pertaining to women in the sciences.
We hope you will find information here that will help support your educational goals and career aspirations or simply keep you informed.
