Course Performance Notices

When a student is performing poorly in a course, an instructor may issue a course performance notice (CPN). A student who receives the notice should speak with his/her advisor and the course instructor to decide what action to take.

Sending a CPN is a matter ofdiscretion for the individual instructor.  Therefore, students are advised to routinely assess their performance in class.
