Albert Giandomenico Award
In 2006, in honor of Albert Giandomenico's service to the Bioengineering Department and the undergraduate Bioengineering curriculum, an award was created in his name (click here for more information on Al).
It is awarded to the highest achieving laboratory group selected from the undergraduate laboratory courses taught in the bioengineering curriculum. It is intended to reflect several traits that include teamwork, leadership, creativity and knowledge applied to discovery based learning in the laboratory.
