Personal Stuff

• Music is pretty important to me. My taste in music is fairly eclectic. Some of my favorite artists/groups are Entrain, Uncle Bonsai, Manhattan Transfer, Joan Jett, David Bromberg, 3 Mustaphas 3, The Tango Project, Joni Mitchell, Babatunde Olatunji, etc. I generally listen to WXPN, 88.5 FM.
• I like percussion instruments, and played drums in a rock band when I was in college. I'm interested in joining or starting a drumming circle at Penn.
• I'm not Paul Shaffer. He's in the office next to mine. We look alike.
• Buchholtz really does have two h's. It's pronounced BOOK-holts, except the k in book should be a German ch sound. It means "beechwood", as in the wood of the beech tree.
