CIS 110 FALL 2016: Introduction to Computer Programming

Introduction to Computer Programming is the first course in our series introducing students to computer science. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of computer programming in Java, with emphasis on applications in science and engineering. You will also learn about the broader field of computer science and algorithmic thinking, the fundamental approach that computer scientists take to solving problems.

Office Hours Sep 5-8

Will, Benedict and Adam will all have their usual office hours in Levine 612, as posted on the staff page and on the schedule page. (Beendict will not have office hours on Monday, because it is Labor Day.)

TAs will be holding office hours Mon (yup! office hours on Labor Day), Tue, Wed, and Thu from 3pm - 8pm in Moore 100B. These hours are also posted on the schedule page, on the Moore 100B tab. Starting the week of Sep 12, TA office hours will be extended, and will be held in both Moore 100B and in Ware College. We will make an announcement when the regular TA office hour schedule is finalized.
