System Upgrades:

We have just completed major upgrades to both the hardware and software. The net effect is to make the confocal system more reliable  and more flexible.

Hardware: 

We have recently installed a third detector and Red Laser Diode to excite Far Red fluorophores.

Software:

BioRad has upgraded us to Lasersharp Version 5.0/Service Pack 3 and our image processing package to LasaerPix Version 4.0. A BioRad tutorial for these programs is available on CD at our facility.
