Who can participate?
This is a biennial competition.
There are separate categories for undergraduate and graduate students.
In the respective categories, any undergraduate or graduate student who is
registered in school full time, at least in part, during the period from
September 15, 1998 to September 15,
2000 is eligible to participate. Both individual and group
projects are welcome. All the work related to the submitted
entry, except the document preparation, must have been done during the time
when all members of the group were/are enrolled in school full time.
Multiple submissions on different projects will be accepted from any
individual or group.
Entries that won awards in the past at this contest or elsewhere
(other than the contest(s) held within the partipant's institition)
are not eligible.
