About Me
I am currently a MSE student of the Computer and Information Science Department at University of Pennsylvania. I received my B.Eng degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I come from Shanghai, China.
My Research
I am interested in machine learning applications to information retrieval. In the past, I have designed and implemented learning algorithms for personalized recommender systems, which have achieved leading positions in multiple recommendation challenges including 3rd place at KDD-Cup'11 Yahoo! music recommendation challenge and 5th place at ECML-PKDD'11 Videolectures Recommendation Challenge.
