    The textbook has six case-study chapters. A case-study will be assigned to you in the class. The following questions apply to the case-study assigned to you.
  1. Points: 10
    Read the chapter concerning the case-study and summarize its content in a small paragraph. In the summary, note your impressions of the chapter.
  2. Points: 10
    Pick a problem given at the end of the chapter and solve it. Please do not pick the "treasure hunt" type question. Let it be an analytical or numerical type question.
  3. Points: 10
    Can you suggest either an extended calculation of what is in the chapter or formulate a small problem of the type given at the end of the chapter. In lieu of either of this, mention some recent advances related to the device studied in this case-study.
