Beginning Fall 2010, I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn). Previously, I finished my Masters (2007-09) also from Penn. My research interests lie in Machine Learning in general and its applications in Neuro Imaging and Computational Linguistics.
Our paper "Partial Sparse Canonical Correlation Analysis (PSCCA) for population studies in Medical Imaging" got accepted for publication at ISBI 2012 (IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging).
Our paper "Deterministic Annealing for Semi-Supervised Structured Output Learning" got accepted for publication at AISTATS 2012 (International Conference on AI and Statistics).
