Collaboration

Internet link (e-mail, web and video-teleconferencing) between
the two schools
·Teachers and students worked together to foster mentor relationships
and to build a learning community between the schools
·All project participants assumed the role of both teacher and
learner
·All students developed reciprocal relationships of respect
and trust, based on the premise that all have valuable knowledge,
skills, and experience to share

·Friendships
and "e-pal" relationships have flourished as the communication
barrier has been transcended.

University students are currently running weekly workshops for both teachers

City New School has adopted Ecuador as their theme for this year's curriculum
