I am a fifth year PhD student at the Molecular and Nanoscale Devices Group at Penn. My advisor is Dr.Cherie R. Kagan.

I graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2006 with a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering Physics.

My research interests are in semiconductor (conventional silicon and flexible) technology; Synthesis, characterization (structural, electrical, optical, magnetic) and applications of molecular and nanoscale materials.
