Important Information about housing for STUDENTS:

Collegiates who register for the full conference attendance with hotel will be organized into rooms of four, and will be given the opportunity to specify roommate preferences. Students can specify a preferred roommate even if all are not registering at the same time. Furthermore, if unsure of roommate preferences, collegiates may specify the number of spots needed for their university or none at all, in which case the student will be placed randomly. A roommate coordinator will make assignments in accordance with requests of attendees to the best of her ability. Rooms will be single-gender unless all four members of the room are in agreement that the room should be co-ed. The roommate coordinator will individually confirm any co-ed roommate requests by email with each member of the room. The collegiates are responsible for ensuring that any co-ed room assignment does not violate any of their own university's policies.

Important Information about housing for PROFESSIONALS:

Professional members are responsible for making their own hotel room arrangements; however, the roommate coordinator is also available to assist any professionals who would like to share a room in finding a roommate.
