Penn Engineering

Undergraduate Tours & Class Observation

Students walk outside Towne

See Penn Engineering Up Close

Join us for a campus tour to experience the vibrancy of Penn Engineering firsthand. Led by our own students, these tours provide a first-hand look at our state-of-the-art facilities, classrooms, and labs. You’ll gain insights into the innovative culture and collaborative spirit that define our community.

Tours are tailored for prospective undergraduate students and their families/guests, offering a unique glimpse into life as a Penn Engineering student. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are seriously considering Penn to gain invaluable, direct experience, helping them solidify their college choice.

Advanced registration is required, as tour capacity is limited each day and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-in visitors cannot be accommodated. Tours are offered weekdays only at 3:30 p.m. and depart from the Office of Academic Services (OAS) at 109 Towne Building. Tours are held rain or shine, though severe weather may necessitate cancellation.

Visitors should enter the engineering quad through the Levine Hall Lobby via the Chancellor Walk thoroughfare. To ensure a smooth start, please allow time for parking and plan to arrive slightly before the tour begins. Each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes, and we recommend wearing comfortable shoes to enhance your overall experience.
