CIT 590 Programming Languages & Techniques(Fall 2013)

This course is a relatively fast paced introduction to programming for masters students who do not have a Computer Science background. Students will learn to program in both Python and Java. Please note that if you are enrolled in the MCIT program, you should be registering for CIT591

Also note that if you are finding it impossible to enroll into this course, I am sorry but the only thing I can do is provide you with a link to CIT course waitlist. Every semester some number of students will drop the course and your best bet to get in would be to have your name on that waitlist. This a course that usually has a lot of demand! Please do register early.

The basics of data structures, recursion, object-oriented design and code maintainability will be taught in this course via the two languages.
