Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and Solutions

"There is something wrong with the way the text is displayed. Some of the equations appear incorrectly."

Problem: The Century Schoolbook fonts are used to display text in our multimedia. These have been supplied for intallation on the CD in all versions of the software. Improper display of text means that either the fonts have not been installed or their Windows Registry entries are incorrect.

Solution:To fix the problem, download fonts.zip to your hard disk, unzip the file and run the program: fontinst.exe.
