"Everything was fine until I installed the new MS Service Pack 2. Since then, Windows is preventing popups from opening and I cannot operate your software."

Problem: XP Service Pack has been designed to prevent unauthorized popups from opening, and prevents the usage of ActiveX. Unfortunately, Version 2.0 of our software opens popups, and the entire package uses Shockwave files, which are defined as ActiveX elements.

Solution:The most direct solution is to upgrade Version 2.0 to Version 2.2, which can be done for free by following this link. Since this involves downloading 93 MB of data, you may wish to go for a quick fix, which involves copying the entire contents of the CD to your hard disk, preserving the directory structure,  and then downloading sp2_fix.zip, and unzipping its contents into the directory \dswmedia. To run the multimedia, run the file go.htm (under \dswmedia).
