Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and Solutions

"Everything was fine until I upgraded to Version 2.2. I prefer to use Netscape/Mozilla. When I try and run your software now, I get an error message. What can I do?" 

Problem: Version 2.2 has been designed to work best with MS Explorer (Version 6 or higher).

Solution: If you insist on running with Mozilla, you can do so by running go.htm rather than go.hta. To make things easier, we recommend that you change the links on your desktop and "start" to point to "go.htm."
