Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and Solutions

"Nothing works."

Problem: The most likely cause of problems is faulty installation of the drivers. A typical response when the Shockwave driver has not been installed is shown on    the right.

Solution: Please follow the instructions for installing drivers carefully. Rerun the file Encyclopedia.exe (in Version 2.0) or Setup.exe (in Version 2.2). The driver directories are under the directory \install (on the CD in Version 2.0 and on your hard disk after running install.exe in Version 2.2).
