To install FluoroSNNAP as a stand-alone application on a Windows 64-bit machine, please run the FluoroSNNAP_installation_win.exe
This will download and install the Matlab run-time engine (2014a).
Note: the matlab run-time engine is rather large (~600MB).
Once complete, FluoroSNNAP should be installed as a program under C:/Program Files
Run it as any other program on a windows computer.
** Note: you must run FluoroSNNAP as administrator **
It may take several minutes for the window to appear the first time FluoroSNNAP is executed.
Also, it may take several minutes if you elect to choose parallel computing. Please be patient during intialization
While FluoroSNNAP is processing your .tif stack, a logfile.txt is generated. This file is stored in the same location as FluoroSNNAP.exe
If you think the program is stuck or hanging, please look at the logfile for any errors. (warnings are ok).
