Intentions to submit (authors, title, abstract, keywords) are due
no later than
                  12:00 UTC on Saturday 30 March 2002 


Full submissions are due no later than

                   12:00 UTC on Monday 8 April 2002

Please note that these deadlines are strict, and that all submissions must
have an "intention to submit" filed by the first deadline.
