This award recognizes Judge Berger’s excellence throughout his distinctive career. Judge Berger has published many law review articles, served on the Philadelphia Common Pleas Court as a judge, and co-founded the law firm Berger Montague, among other accomplishments. As a graduate of both the School of Engineering and Applied Science and the Law School at Penn, Judge Berger remains active in the Penn community and was the inaugural recipient of the Law School’s Lifetime Commitment Award in 2017.
