Research Projects

The research focus is on the discovery of novel chemical probes which can be used to further our understanding of disease mechanisms and/or may be useful in developing treatments for the same. This is accomplished by screening our 230K chemical library against various targets.

Biochemical screening - Assay development and screening in 384 and 1536 well formats against biologically relevant targets involved in cancer, cardiovascular disease and infection.

Cell-based screening - Development of 384 and 1536-well based screens for a wide variety of targets including cell-signaling pathways, chondrogenesis, siRNA screening, viral entry assays etc.
